Is it possible to push 2gb ram into 8gb?

I recently bought 8GB 1600mhz RAM and the question in my head was: can my past 2GB 1333mhz RAM also be connected to a computer? But I only have 2 slots and one is already full.

It is possible, but not necessary.
The frequency will be 1333 MHz (for a slow plate), I would sacrifice two gigs for a higher frequency.
Although the difference here is small, if 2 GB is critical for you, you can put it.
In short: yes.

Yes, you can shove it into 2GB. in 8gb. For example: 2GB can be stuffed into 4GB or 8GB into 4GB.
