Is it possible to pull out the session tables through the API in the form shown below?

first page - time on it - completed events / goals
second page - time on it - completed events / goals
...
last page - completed events / goals

PS And more. I would be grateful for advice on where to find a programmer with experience with the Analytics API. I tried to search for all kinds of freelances - there are few answers on this topic and for the most part those who have no experience with this API.
