Is it possible to pull data from forms using CSS?

Everyone knows that with JavaScript turned off or unavailable, there is a possibility with CSS:

• track user behavior
• detect some browser versions
• determine approximate window sizes and PPI
• determine device orientation and type
  

Here is an example of a finished tool,
but what about form data?
