A friend of mine, a couple of minutes before the end of the deadline, tried to upload the file, but he didn’t succeed (or succeeded, but it was marked “it’s too late”). Screenshots were made and sent to those. support. At the moment, there is a discussion on accepting these applications, in connection with which my question arose. Is it possible to somehow prove that the screenshots at that time (the time is known, of course) are correct (not changed), and that at the same time the Internet connection was present at the proper level?
