Is it possible to prohibit unloading a mobile application from the phone's memory using 1C tools?

When developing a mobile application on 1C with the function of receiving coordinates in the background, I encountered the following problem: users periodically cut off the application, sometimes even just turn it off. The Android OS unloads 1Ski processes from memory and those, respectively, stop working. As a result, obtaining coordinates in the background stops, and after restarting the application does not always start promptly.

On the Internet, I read ways to "how to deceive" the phone's OS and prevent the processes of their applications from being unloaded from memory (for example , there was an article ).

In this regard, the question is: is it possible using 1C to either prohibit unloading processes from the phone’s memory, or restart processes every time an unloading occurs? Perhaps through a mobile application builder or something else?
