Is it possible to prevent updating printer drivers on a computer in a domain?
There are a number of computers that are in the domain, all employees use one printer. Today, no one can print due to the fact that the printer asks to update drivers and asks for elevation. Is it possible through group policy to prohibit updating printer drivers?

If driver updates come through Windows Update, you can disable them through GPO.
If there are Administrative Templates for the printer and this function is there, then you can disable it through the GPO.
If the driver has a function to disable updates, you can find a place in the registry and turn it off through the GPO.
Otherwise, if the driver itself checks for updates, only block access to the update server by the firewall.
