Is it possible to display a complex component Catalog in a section, preinstalling as a global, as I understand it is called, a filter one of the values ​​of a custom property of the list type? Not plural. At the same time, in order for it to fully fulfill its function, it outputs its ordinary filter by already pre-filtered elements, but by other properties.
How is it formalized?

First you need to understand your terminology:
1) global filter - I will assume that we are talking about generating input data for global $arrFilter in order to feed it to the component, then you are here:

2) displayed its own ordinary filter - it's not clear here, are we talking about the smart filter component (catalog.smart-filter)?
