Is it possible to position yourself as an SRE specialist without programming experience?

The current position is formally called that, but I am not engaged in any development. For the most part, I fill the gap between the devops teams, developers and infrastructure people. Now I will update my resume, but I have not yet decided whether I can call myself an SRE specialist.

Is it better to call yourself DevOps on your resume, or is it possible to quickly develop minimal programming skills on your own?

Thank you.

Yes, do not care at all, at least call yourself a system administrator. Programming skills are either seriously required or almost none, depending on the vacancy. The meaning of the terms "devops", "sre" and "sysadmin" is very vague.
