Is it possible to port an angular web project to a "native" eapp for Android/iOS?

Hi all.

There are a bunch of helpers that allow you to develop in angular / react and port your application to 3 platforms at once: web, android and iOS. For example the ionic framework... but there are others like Onsen UI that only cover phones, no web.

Because I have not yet dealt with this topic completely, I wanted to inform myself so that I would not start digging a hole ahead of time.

  • Due to the fact that there is full support for Angular (in these tools for the port) and others, can I develop the Web without thinking about phones, and then join one of the above or similar ones, and using all the development, and fast enough to "cut down" applications for android and iOS? Or does it still need to be changed drastically?

  • Are there up-to-date, lightweight tools like Ionic, completely free of charge? In order not to ask such questions as the first one, and initially, regardless of the success of the idea, to develop a web ...

Both questions are asked to be considered separately. The answer "use ionic and don't worry" is the place to be, but the questions are designed for understanding.

Thank you!
