Is it possible to play online tv on html5?

Good day to all! Can you please tell me how to stream video through html5? There are several flow options. But, as I understand it, it is generally impossible to get them in html5? I found flash players, but not quite an option. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Let's start at the bottom of the list.
- RTSP in the browser is not played in any way.
- RTMP is played only with a flash player
- MPEG-TS is not played in the player at all, this protocol for exchanging between devices and transcoders is more
- HLS (m3u8) will play in html5 only where the browser supports it, or rather if the browser supports Media Source Extension, available here caniuse.com/#feat=mediasource
