Is it possible to pay for Robokassa services using a link from an email and how do spam filters treat this?

Payments through letters - in any case bad manners.
Why not send a link to your website in the email to redirect to Robokassa?
If someone sends such letters to your clients on your behalf, but with their own interest, how will you rake?
I think Robokassa is against this practice.
