Is it possible to partially synchronize two ldaps?

There are two independent LDAP servers, the employees of which partially overlap.
It is possible to ensure that the same users have the same logins, but the composition of employees can and should be different.
Is it possible to somehow set up partial synchronization of two ldaps? Where to read?
