Is it possible to output 144hz over Usb 3.0 using an HDMI hub?

There is a laptop Huawei Matebook d15, which, it turns out, has an HDMI 1.4b output. I recently bought an Acer ED270UPbiipx monitor that supports 2k 144Hz, the resolution is out, but I could not turn on more than 74Hz, due to the "old" hdmi. Actually, the question is, can I additionally buy a USB port hub with HDMI and, by connecting it to USB 3.0, enable 144hz?
