Is it possible to organize workers in ActiveMQ without daemonization?

At the moment I choose the task manager, now the most interesting is the management of workers.
I did a quick review of Gearman, ZeroMQ and RabbitMQ and as far as I understand, for all of them the main option for managing workers is supervisord. I took a walk on ActiveMQ, but I didn’t come across information on this matter in haste. Everything is the same with him, he himself will not be able to launch workers if necessary, increase their number, restart when he falls?

@Hayate

You can't, you need supervisord or something like that. ActiveMQ does not take on such a function.
