Is it possible to organize High Availability Sphinxsearch for a real-time index?

Good afternoon.
I'm exploring the possibility of raising 2 mirror instances with real-time index support.
To be honest, I didn’t understand the docks, but there is a search for indexes exactly using it, but it’s not clear how to write to mirror instances.
If there is, how does it work in practice, how does the cluster react to an instance that has returned from downtime, does it require manual stupidity, or does it activate and synchronize everything itself? Is there any connection with mysql mm?

@opium

write in both
does not react in any way in the sphinx, but there is no replication as such and the
sphinx cluster is not connected in any way with the muscle, except that it uses its protocol and can pull their data
