Is it possible to organize a live broadcast using ffmpeg and ffserver?

Good afternoon.
I would like to organize the broadcast of my computer screen to the Internet so that I could open the broadcast link in the browser and see if it can be done using ffmpeg and ffserver? Now I'm looking at the documentation, all examples either capture the screen to a file or broadcast from a file, I would like to broadcast directly to the network. If this link is not suitable, then how can this be done in principle?

If you broadcast just a screen. I would take Hangouts and stream on YouTube. you can open the link on youtube everywhere and watch your broadcast
