It is necessary to implement the effect of gradual blurring of the site. filter: blur(2vw) + transition for 1 second gives a rather slow effect. Even on my extremely powerful computer (i7 4770k, gtx 980), the animation runs through time. And I don’t even want to talk about prehistoric office computers. Are there any practices to solve this problem?
