Is it possible to open the page in a new tab with the same state?

I'm leaning towards the option that I can't.
At work, I was forced to open one page in the SPA in a new tab. Naturally, initialization and other things take place in it, which slows down the system.
Is it possible to somehow clone in a new tab all the state of the original one, with a different route?
