The incoming XML goes through XSD validation, but after that some data needs to be logically validated.
Is it possible to somehow put these rules not in the code, but for example in some resource file, etc., so that you can change it without affecting the code.

It is very convenient to give frequently changing logic to the DSL (domain specific language) level and already work there without affecting the main code base...
