Is it possible to migrate an application from JBoss 5.1.0 GA to Tomcat?

Hello,
I got a project on jboss 5.1.0 GA, there are only war files in the packages. So it turns out that there is no way to rewrite applications. But a strict condition was set - migration to bare Tomcat.
According to the idea, jyboss is just a framework for tomcat. But since I have not previously worked with Tokat naked. Accordingly, the questions are as follows:
1. Is it possible to migrate? (Obviously, everything can be done - meaning in the available time)
2. What pitfalls should I pay attention to? If there is some kind of manual somewhere from someone or experience. It would not be bad to know him :) I googled everything. I didn't find clear answers.

Deploy WAR files in Tomcat and see the logs, how they are deployed, what they lack for work.
