Is it possible to manage Yandex.Mail filters from outside?

The Yandex.Mail filter management interface is straightforward. No filters for you (yeah, filters for filters :), categories, sorting. Import-export rules of filtration too I do not observe.
Is it possible to manipulate the filtering rules from the outside? Extensions (plugins) for the browser? Services?
