Is it possible to make text in a Google Sheets cell move?

There was an idea to make the text in a Google spreadsheet cell in the form of a running line.
Maybe someone has an idea how to do it? A google search turned up no results.

Answer: you can .
You can do just about anything. Even a trolleybus made from a loaf of bread. But why?!
PS For mind-blowing whistle-blowers, you can make a separate site , and not remake a tool designed for other purposes. That will be cheaper . And what you want will be a little more expensive. The price depends on what you are willing to sacrifice. For example, you can write a browser extension and force all users to install it so that they can work with your table. We sacrifice comfort. Though at tables there even "additions" are. It is possible with a scriptquickly change the value of a cell. Plus to the price: additional load on the processor, the inconvenience of reading, the need for programming, the inability to copy text from a cell with a "marquee".
PPS In the early 2000s, it was fashionable to make all sorts of pull-out menus and other whistles on websites. But then everyone quickly realized that this is only for those who make them, purely for fun and for show-off. Regular users don't need this. It just makes interacting with the site less intuitive. Similarly, you want to make interacting with Google Sheets less intuitive. Think why . If there is an answer, then do it, of course. Otherwise, you will have to rethink the task.
