Is it possible to make such a font display under Windows+phpStorm?

I have Windows 8 and phpStorm. I really want approximately the same font display + the font itself. I really like this round, rich font.
Please advise the font (monaco?) and something for smoothing (gdipp?).

Monaco has been the default monospaced font on the Mac since System 6. It's pretty solid, a good workhorse that really looks great at small sizes with anti-aliasing turned off. I used to love this typeface when my eyes could stare at 9 point for hours, but those days are gone. This font looks good at 9 or 10 points, but doesn't look very good at large sizes with anti-aliasing.
As far as I know, you can only get Monaco with Mac OS, but if there are other options, then read on.
