Is it possible to make queries in PostgresSql in Ubuntu not on the command line?

It doesn't scare me. I can do that, but I think it's some kind of anal humiliation to create the same tables through the command line? Is it possible to create a valid file with a request and execute it through PostgresSql. Please tell me how can I do it. Sorry if I didn't state anything clearly.
