Is it possible to make “normal” money on the development of parsers?

The parsers will be made in Java/Spring, the essence of the idea is to make custom parsers for various services, shops!
the parser itself will be desktop and will be leased for a certain period.
and the question itself is whether there will be a demand for such a product?

I myself write parsers for example. I think it will not take off because:
1. Sometimes they are not complicated, it's easier to do it yourself than to order.
2. When testing the parser, you constantly come across new exceptions, it is inconvenient, long, and expensive to pull the developer for them.
3. A desktop parser is not an option at all, for example, I need it to work 24 hours a day or put everything in mysql - it's easier to solve on the server.
4. The parser is part of the business system, so it must be written in the same language as the system, if I have a system in php, why do I need a parser in Java?
Yes, there were cases when I had to parse 1 time the final amount of information and that's it. Then ordered.

This is before the first decompilation. Plus, you yourself wrote what you can do in Spring.
The logical conclusion is to do it as an online service. Dudes leave a request, you write a parser. When written, in the personal account the customer will have an interface for its use. So you can limit access by time, and protect yourself from decompilation.
There will certainly be demand, but, as already mentioned, it is quite specific. Often, for each site you need to write your own parser. It's hard to unify, but you can write a DSL for things like this to speed up the process.
You can find customers on any freelance exchanges. Then you can make a public site, advertise it as SaaS, etc.

praser on java spring? .... personally, a toad would strangle me, I don’t see a serious profit compared to a node, a puff or a python, but at a price it’s very significant, to lower prices? hmm, and the terms for development on spring are one hell of a lot higher.
Java spring is good exactly where it is used, the corporate sector and solutions where the speed of work is critical, for prasers this is usually not the case, it is more important to quickly fix the parser

You can sell anything, so I assume that with a competent approach - some kind of business, but it will burn out ...)

As far as I know, for services like auto.ru, drom.ru and others, they sell desktop parsers and even someone buys them (but the audience there is quite specific).

I recommend that you use a web acquisition page/page parser.
Octoparse is a free, multi award-winning client-side platform that turns websites into structured data tables without the use of code.
I am using Octoparse to help me gather data from the web. It is a client-side software that turns websites into structured data tables without the use of code. Pretty easy to use because it's for non-programmers.
But yo should know a little bit about web page formats and the X way.
Scraperwiki requires programming skills. Haven't tried Mozenda before.
