Is it possible to make layout for Android using HTML + CSS?
I saw examples of the layout of an android application, everywhere XML, which, unfortunately, I do not understand.

jQuery Mobile, Sencha Touch and many other frameworks, and then it all turns into phonegap. And it turns out the package is ready for publishing in Play.
PS But there are terribly many pitfalls.
