The google maps api has its own, standard dialog boxes that can be customized. I need them to be like this. This is the designer's idea.

Is this possible with standard windows?
Plus the customer wants them to be adaptive!!!! What is it like? Inside google maps, are the dialog boxes responsive?
Simply, if the designer drew a separate window in which, when clicking on the marker, the data was loaded into a separate window, for example, like Google maps right now , white on the left, then it would be easier. Help with advice, I really need to understand the situation!
