Is it possible to make both a mobile and a web application on the Ionic framework?

Hello!
The bottom line is that you need to develop a mobile application and a website. To get by with "little blood" we want to use the Ionic framework / PhoneGap. Is it possible to kill two birds with one stone (web and mobile application) by developing a responsive design on Ionic, or will you have to do everything separately?

UI will still have to be done separately. But this is only UI, business logic, services and all that can be simply reused. In general, on ionics, of course, under the desktop, you can make the site just look dumb.
