Is it possible to make an analogue of DRBD from iSCSI?

Good afternoon!
The distribution that you plan to use does not support DRBD, only iSCSI is available.
I would like to organize block-by-block redundancy over the network from one server to another, so that if the main one fails, the second one has an exact copy of the data of the first server.
Is it possible to?

You can try to make md raid1, where the second device will be the iscsi device
md raid1 can be assembled on two disk images, and put the second images at least on NFS, at least keep it on a Windows server))
