Is it possible to make an additional display over the network?
Is there any means (low-level software / virtual device driver / something else) that allows you to create something like a "virtual" monitor, with which the OS would work as with a normal one (i.e., for example, you could move the window ), and which could be broadcast over a local network?
UPD: We have the ability to install on any Linux or Windows from XP to ten, we do not work with iOS.

You can make Windows think that an additional monitor is connected and the desktop is extended to it.
After that, the extra piece can be captured with ffmpeg, compressed with a high bitrate and sent to the network, where it can be broadcast on the second end with the same ffmpeg.
