Is it possible to make a three-column responsive layout that will work in outlook as well?

I made a layout with three columns, they jump under each other on the mob. devices. Everything is fine.
But here in Outlook 2010 everything goes.
Is it real in principle?
Can you share the templates you use?

As easy as pie.
For Outlook, we show a table, for the rest, the usual div layout.

<!--[if gte mso 9]><table width="600" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tr><td><![endif]-->
Блок1
<!--[if gte mso 9]></td><td><![endif]-->
Блок2
<!--[if gte mso 9]></td><td><![endif]-->
Блок3
<!--[if gte mso 9]></td></tr></table><![endif]-->
