Is it possible to make a mirror from bad disks?

Hello, there are 3 disks and an ancient system unit, I think to put the system on one and make a mirror for storing files from the other 500GB, on one of the 500GB disk Reallocated Sector Count is about 20.
Please tell me which is better, mirror or rsync these disks for example at night. Will I lose data if one hard drive in the mirror starts to fail, or one of the drives starts to crumble.
Thanks in advance for your advice

If it crumbles, you won’t lose anything; it’s also a mirror for that. The only question is the importance of the data and what type of administrators you are, who do not yet make backups or already do. But knowing obviously that the disks are bad, I would not do that.

The mirror is made so that if one of the disks becomes bad, it can be quickly replaced.
That is, if you know in advance that the disks are bad, they should be replaced with serviceable ones before creating the mirror.

Why is it needed at all? Do not deal with rotten disks, otherwise the next question will be how to rebuild the raid or how to restore the info.

A broken disk cannot be added to the raid, its software will be thrown out from there at the first relink.

Can. But not necessary. In order not to fight over a question like "why the machine is not migrating" later. Please read Alex 's answer carefully.
