How to make settings for a subdomain like page .site.com is clear.
Is it possible to make a specific page loaded from another host, namely, to register CNAME or some other record like: site.com/ page who knows?

CNAME is a DNS record, it has a very indirect relationship to the web.

You can proxy through a web server when requesting, site.com/pageredirect to page.site.com(and pre-register in DNS; or to any other address). And without any 3xx redirects - direct.
