Is it possible to make a "cast" of several programs for quick installation?

The bottom line is this: I have 3 programs, 2 of which work as a service, they are configured and finished as I need, I want to make some kind of installer so that you can install these 3 programs on any PC so that you don’t suffer with installation, and most importantly, setup prog.
Is it even possible?

Make an installation script that will create and start services.
Pack the customized program with winrar, it has an option to create a simple installer.
