Is it possible to make a bunch of browser-sync + express?

In general, there was a need for routing on the project. But the catch is that I want to make my PC a server. Browser-sync tunneling will help me with this, but I can't imagine how to connect these two things. Or tell me how to organize tunneling without this: browser-sync
