Is it possible to make a bootable USB flash drive through VirtualBox?

I have Ubutnu operating system. I installed VirtualBox and the Windows 10 ISO image.
Can I run the Rufus program through the virtual machine and make a bootable USB flash drive with Windows?
Can there be problems with the recording or will everything go the same as on a regular Windows?

Can. Forward the flash drive and write whatever you want.

if #cp /dev/sd<flash drive> is heavy, then built-in gui means ubuntu. If this is hard, then https://www.balena.io/etcher/
I see no reason to put Windows in a virtual machine to burn a flash drive.
