Is it possible to load a list of proxies from a file in ProxyCap with whatever tambourines, and not prescribe a vrkchnuyu?

Lots of proxies, lots of rules. They may change. hit hundreds more. For a long time, who can win this question?

write the proxy intermediary 3proxy in the ProxyCap
and specify the list of proxies in the 3proxy configuration
