Is it possible to livereload on nginx which is on vmvare?

Immediately question. From a series of fiction, the following: a liveload that would work in my browser when changing files on the server, which in turn is located on vmvare (nginx). Of course, I receive the event from gulp, but it seems like it’s not really possible to automate this?
