Is it possible to isolate the styles of an embeddable web application (Vue) using Webpack?

There is a Vue application that is inserted into the html template of the Elma system and launched inside it. The problem is that the Elma styles conflict with the Element-UI styles I use in my Vue app.
Question: is it possible to somehow isolate styles from Elma with Webpack features? Maybe in the loader settings dynamically add a specific namespace to each style, or is something similar possible using post-css?
I would be very grateful for tips.
