Is it possible to integrate a nodejs application into a php application?

I found on GIT the application I needed on nodejs - in fact, this is a page with a form. I want to integrate it into the site on php. But I have no knowledge of the node, I have no idea how it works. As far as I understand, the node has its own server. Will it work with my application? In what logic it will work, if it is possible of course.

Obviously not. Any solution needs integration. If you have no idea how to do it, then integration will not work.
