Is it possible to install semantic-ui via npm without running the build with gulp?

Hello! I just want to pull semantic-ui into node_modules without building via gulp. Is it possible? So far, as an alternative, I came up with pulling it from github via composer i.e. save to vendor.

npm install semantic-ui-css
