Is it possible to install Magento 2.2 using Windows 7?

I received a technical specification for Magento, but I can’t even install it humanly.
The configuration of the OpenServer modules complies with the requirements of the Magento 2.2 manual.
The manual does not list the Windows OS, but I was told that you can install it on Windows7.

Can be installed using the latest version of XAMPP (supporting PHP 7.x). Download the archive from https://magento.com/tech-resources/download, install Composer and run the installer from a browser (just open localhost/VASH-DOMEN/).
