Is it possible to install Docker on Windows 7?

Can I comfortably use Docker on Windows 7, or is it necessary to upgrade to Windows 10?
By searching Google I found this https://github.com/docker/toolbox/
Will it suit me? Are there any glitches on Windows 7 when working with Docker?

Для "комфортной" работы нужно переходить на линукс
А в хелпе тулбокса тебе прямо говорят - тут будет виртуалка с линуксом и ты будешь работать там

You can, it used to work through virtualbox, i.e. virtualbox was installed with an empty ubuntu, and inside the docker is already spinning.
Проблемы небольшие были только с пробросом папок, нужно было маунтить в убунту эту папку из хостовой ОС.
