Is it possible to install composer without ssh? How to do it?

Explain to me dumb how to install composer without ssh? Do I understand correctly that it is installed not on a separate site, but on hosting?

I just need to use html2pdf, and judging by the docs, I can't install it without a composer, and I've never worked with it yet.
I only have access to ftp, site admin and phpmyadmin

Without SSH access, you have two options:

1. Ask support to install everything for you;
   
2. Use the composer on a local machine or in a virtual machine, and upload the result of its work (downloaded files and folders) to the hosting via FTP.
