Is it possible to insert text template into WordPress in code?

Is there any plugin (or at least something) that can insert a working text template at a certain place in the code (It looks something like this: {Possibility|Wish} {do|do} and so on). I want to insert this into the meta description on the site. Yes, I've tried different plugins like aio seo which automatically generates meta tags, but it doesn't work for me...
Any help is appreciated...
