Is it possible to influence the Internet provider so that he does not deliver his advertising on sites?

I have a small regional city site. Suddenly, adsense revenue dropped from a few thousand rubles to a hundred a month. I started to figure out what was the matter, but it turned out that the local Internet provider was changing adsense ads to their own. At first I noticed that they show media ads, but I have text in the settings and there is no “google ads” icon, I thought it was a virus, but when I connect to the cellular Internet, it starts showing the usual Google ads. Since most of the residents of the town are connected to this provider, income has fallen. Is it possible to force an ISP to stop doing such nonsense?

HTTPS.
This is not an answer to your question, but will solve your problem.
And what your provider is doing is most likely illegal, but no action will be taken because no one is against (they are not complaining).

In principle, for starters, you can just scare the court. Write to them in support, saying that you have already hired a lawyer savvy in the IT field and give them 24 hours to stop exercises with your site, otherwise the lawyer you hired will be given the go-ahead to unwind this case to its fullest. If the provider is not stoned tightly, then most likely they will prefer to leave you alone.

It is to combat such "providers" that https was invented.
