There is a VPN through provider A working through a dsl modem with a maximum upload speed of 2 MB, which is very slow. Now there is a provider B with a speed of about 30 Mb. But he does not have a white IP. Is it possible to combine them to improve speed? VPN is used to access the local network (web server and file sharing).

Look at openmptcprouter it summarizes the channels, it might suit you. True, there is an additional vps needed.
