Is it possible to increase virtual disk in DELL MD3600 without stopping I/O?

Hello colleagues. There is a disk shelf Dell MD3600. Shelf MD1200 is connected to it. It is planned to install 12 disks in the shelf.
The Dell3600 has two pools for different purposes, one of the pools has a VM virtual disk that needs to be enlarged. This VM is optically connected to the Proxmox nodes as virtual machine storage (in the Proxmox web interface, the storage is displayed as LVM).
Actually, the question, the answer to which I did not find in the documentation: is it possible to add space from new HDDs to an existing virtual disk "non-fly" without interrupting I / O operations (read "without stopping virtual machines and turning off Proxmox")?

If the virtual disk is dynamic, it will automatically increase its size if necessary.
You just need to expand the partition on which it lies with LVM so that there is enough space.
