I have a 2070 card that does not have SLI. Will I be able to buy a second card to run models with more parameters?

For tensorflow, pyTorch SLI is not needed. It is not even supported, and the frameworks immediately ensure the joint operation of video cards. It will be possible to run more resource-intensive models with larger mini-batch sizes.
