Is it possible to include an additional settings file for Elasticsearch?

Hello.
I am now dealing with elastic, and specifically reached the clusters, and I had a question that I could not find the information on the site.
The nodes in the cluster have a set of parameters that are the same for everyone, at least that's how it works for me.

So, is it possible to put them in a separate file and include these files in elasticsearch.yml and other settings?
Or bind somewhere these additional files so that they are read before / after the main settings?

As far as I know, this is currently not supported.
Can you give an example why? - usually the configs are the same.
